She has extensive executive experience in establishing the quality and regulatory path forward for numerous successful companies.  She has also served as Associate Professor of Engineering and Technology at Purdue University.

Sue Pierce

Barbara has enjoyed a career of over 30 years focused on clinical laboratory and biobanking management and operations. Starting at Quintiles, Barbara rose through positions in project management before leading a team of 80 associates as Director of Pre-Analytical Services. She then served as VP, Compliance and Clinical Trials at a growing genomics laboratory. More recently Barbara has supported CAP / CLIA accreditation and QMS efforts for multiple clients.

Sue has over 30 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams in developing medical diagnostic products. She is an executive leader that ensures new products will meet user needs while balancing the business needs.  Sue is skilled in project and portfolio management, system integration, technical support as well as practical implementation of FDA Design Controls and CLIA Lab validations.

Cory Coddington

James Bowers II

Boasting over three decades in IT design and robust cybersecurity, Cory has successfully overseen assets amounting to $1.7 billion. Serving as a Virtual CTO and CISO, his vast expertise encompasses not only advanced networking and stringent ISO27001 compliance but also delves into the pioneering realm of machine learning and AI, positioning him at the forefront of technological innovation.

As an entrepreneur with over 20 years of risk analysis and management experience, James has an uncommonly pragmatic and easy to understand approach to managing risk, compliance, and cybersecurity. He has supported multinational financial and healthcare organizations and even had his skills put to the test at NASA.

Cynthia Pointer

Cynthia Pointer is a market access executive with over 25 years of experience. Her expertise includes global reimbursement, health policy, government affairs, and CMS account management. Prior to her consulting career, Cynthia served in major leadership positions in both the pharmaceutical and diagnostic space including roles with Akili, Genapsys, ArcherDX, Invitae, Genzyme, Regeneron, and Millennium.
